Ferry Fit, gym located @ Killyclug, Letterkenny – was founded by Leigh Ferry (pictured) who had worked in the industry and decided to create his own gym with the main aim of having people ๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐๐ฃ ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ข ๐๐ฃ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ค๐ฃ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ and firmly believes that itโs never too late to start your journey. Leigh has created a welcoming and accessible space for all levels of fitness and experience.
Leigh and his team put an emphasis on educating members so that they can have real results through consistent progress. Leigh helps with lifestyle transformations and goal setting in Ferry Fit with everything from dietary support to technique (correct form) impactful workouts, and habit forming/tracking – members are set up for success in a professional facility.
Ferry Fit is also a fun, positive and welcoming environment which helps people who havenโt set foot in a gym in a long time or in some cases, ever! Frequent gym goers and newcomers are treated with mutual respect. Leigh understands busy professionals can find it hard to prioritise fitness and aims to create a productive space with a range of class times to help accommodate everyoneโs hectic and unique schedule.
Leigh regularly rewards members who remain consistent, by celebrating their milestones (with some cool merchandise prizes to help the motivation!)
