CHAMBER COUNCIL 2021 - 2022
The Chamber Council is made up of up to 17 members elected each year at the Chamber AGM. They represent a wide range of businesses and also include members from the large employes, education establishments and financial institutions.
Fionnuala is Chief Executive of Highland Radio, the No.1 Commercial Radio Station in the North West.
Fionnuala has been on the Chamber Council since 2017 and most recently was leading on the Community & Civic Engagement Committee.
Kristine Reynolds is the Managing Partner of Reynolds & Associates – Financial Advisors, a leading local financial advisory services firm.
Kristine joined the Letterkenny Chamber Council in 2019.
She is leading out on the Business & Enterprise Committee and Chairs all the Chamber Monthly Council Meetings.
Clare McDonough is a qualified Interior Designer and owns La Maison.
Clare joined the Chamber Council in 2017.
She is leading out on the Membership and Research & Development Committee and serves on the Governance & Sustainability Committee.
Chris Lynch is Head US East Business at TCS.
Chris joined the Letterkenny Chamber Council in 2019.
He serves on the Membership and Research & Development Committee and also on Community & Civic Engagement Committee.
Karoline is Operations Manager of Castlegrove Country House Hotel.
Karoline joined the Chamber Council in 2019.
She is serving as Deputy Treasurer and is Chairing the Research & Development Committee.
Michael is Dean of the Business Faculty at ATU Donegal .
Michael served as President of Letterkenny Chamber in 2021 having joined the Chamber Council in 2013.
Michael has a deep interest in the strategic development of Letterkenny Chamber and the positioning of Donegal within the North West City Region.
He continues to lead out on the Governance & Sustainability Committee and serves on the Business & Commerce committee specifically for events.
Jimmy is Risk & Compliance Manager with Bank of Ireland for the Donegal Region.
Jimmy joined the Chamber Council in 2016. He served as President in 2020 and he also plays an active role in promoting Letterkenny Chamber on social media.
He leads out on the Community & Civic Engagement Committee and is a member of the Governance & Sustainability Committee.
Brian McCormick is owner of Brian McCormick Sports & Leisure, a sportswear and sports equipment retailer.
Brian was President of Letterkenny Chamber in 2006 and again in 2015.
He is a serving on the ShopLK Committee and the Community & Civic Engagement Committee.
Clare owns Clare Clothing, a ladies boutique.
Clare has been a member of the Chamber Council for nine years.
She is Chairing the ShopLK Committee and serves on the Community & Civic Engagement Committee.
Bernard is an Honoury and Founder Member of the Chamber.
He was President of the Chamber in 1969 – 1971 and he has served on the Chamber Council for many years.
Bernard previously owned Dillon’s Supermarket on Letterkenny Main Street.
Leonard owns Watson Menswear located on Main Street, Letterkenny.
Leonard been a member of the Chamber Council for eight years
He served as President in 2018 & 2019. He now serves on the Governance & Sustainability Committee and the Civic & Community Engagement Committee
Annette is MD of FM Group. She is an experienced leader in the facilities services industry.
Annette joined Letterkenny Chamber Council in 2019.
She serves on the Membership and Research & Development Committee.
Gerard is the owner of Magees Chemist located on Main Street Letterkenny.
Gerard served as President of the Chamber in 2017.
He is a member of the ShopLK Committee and the Infrastructure Committee.
John is Owner of Watson Hire. He served as President of the Chamber for 2 years.
