Letterkenny Chamber is celebrating everything local as retail businesses re-open in Phase 2 of the Roadmap. Now is the time to support local and give back to the businesses that have always been at the heart of the local economy and community.
Business owners, Councillors and others gathered at Polestar Roundabout to promote the Support Local message.
After 3 months of closure businesses are relieved to be back and feeling confident about the new normal and implementing the new measures to keep employees and customers safe.
Jimmy Stafford commented on the great reaction so far saying ,
“We want to see people supporting local businesses who over the years have supported clubs, charities, schools and other organisations with sponsorships. Now it is our opportunity to support local and in turn protect local jobs. Over the past 3 months our business community has really come together. It has been a tough time for everyone but as we enter Phase 2 we are now open for business and welcome everyone back to Letterkenny and the County as a whole.”
“We wish everyone the very best of luck as towns and villages slowly re-open for business and we look forward to welcoming local people and visitors to enjoy our wonderful county over coming months.”
