Donegal Volunteer Centre (DVC) and Donegal Local Development CLG (DLDC) in conjunction with the Carmichael Centre will be hosting a 2 session Zoom Training Course for Community Groups as they plan for the reopening of community building such as halls, offices and shops in the coming weeks / months in the wake of COVID-19.
COVID 19 has changed the way that we view public health and will have a lasting impact on us as a community. People are more conscious of personal space and risks in a new and overt manner. It is therefore vital that we as hosts within community spaces recognise this new reality and help our clients feel comfortable to visit and assured that their concerns are being recognised and associated risks addressed.
The sessions will focus on the starting point of this work – the essentials of a Risk Assessment with the addition of a COVID 19 Health element.
Session 1 – 26th May 11.45am – 1pm via Zoom Invitation only

* Brief discussion on the impact of COVID 19 on Community spaces and public confidence – DLDC / DVC
* Overview of a Risk Assessment with a COVID 19 related Health addition

Session 2 – 3rd June 11.45am – 1pm via Zoom Invitation only
