Welcome New Letterkenny Chamber Member – Brosef

We recently met with James Molloy, one of the two owners, and brothers (James & Paddy) – behind Brosef, Letterkenny’s newest coffee experience located on the Port Road!
James (pictured) has over a decade of experience in hospitality, and his co-owner, brother Paddy Molloy – is a music teacher in Errigal College. The Glenties duo have taken their passion for coffee, their shared vision for a coffee shop, and combined it all to create a unique experience with Brosef.
Brosef is pet-friendly (we’ve met the gorgeous Buddy the cocker spaniel upon visiting) this was important to James and Paddy as they want dog owners to feel comfortable and welcome to pop in and very much encourage pets through their doors.
Serving Anam coffee, from Clare – the exclusive Ulster stockist of this exceptional brand. Brosef have also placed huge emphasis on sourcing the best of local baked goods – their epic potato starch donuts from Foodie Campers, croissants from Blistered bread, and Just Bakes cookies are freshly stocked and popular. Supporting Irish and local every step of the way.
Brosef (a fun slang combination of brothers and friends) reflects the friendly, family owned welcome to be found at the Port Road coffee shop – and complements the expertise and effort that’s gone in to opening this new venture.
You can follow Brosef on social media and find them at 55 Port Road, Letterkenny!
