Welcome New Letterkenny Chamber Member – *Inis Communications
You may have noticed that Inis Communications was recently awarded Highly Commended in our Chamber Business Awards 2023 in the Excellence in Innovation category, and awarded Digital Runner up in the Donegal Local Enterprise Awards, earlier this month. Director, Trish Hegarty – was MC at the Donegal Women in Business Christmas Gathering on Wednesday. A bumper year of much deserved recognition and milestones for Inis Communications, the results-driven PR agency is run by Trish Hegarty, MPRII. Trish spent 14 years in the print and broadcast industries – mainly The Irish Times, and the BBC.
Inis Communications was established in 2004, Trish knew that her mix of local and national, print and broadcast experience gave her the right skills and insights to deliver effective PR. It also gave her the perfect writing and editorial skills for digital, website and social media content – a key part of effective online PR today, and an essential element of Inis Communications.

Past and present clients in the North West region include ATU, Donegal County Council, Donegal LEO and Spraoi agus Sport, not to mention national organisations such as Fáilte Ireland, IFPO, WestBIC and B&B Ireland. Past projects include leading out on a PR and Marketing project with Donegal Connect – the coordination of which culminated in the successful #LoveDonegal Day launch and campaign management in 2019, a campaign which gained viral traction – globally.
