Recent commercial projects include, fellow Chamber Member PGIM – This project comprised of an extension (5,000 sq.ft) of mezzanine area. Full Mechanical and Electrical fit-out out including lift installation. As well as a reduction of open plan into separate work areas, relocation of entrances and circulation routes, relocation of WC’s and forming offices, meeting rooms and canteen areas. There was replacement of windows and external doors, relocation of 2Nr emergency exist stairs and addition of 2Nr circulation stairs. This project also included the installation of curved feature walls throughout the ground floor.
On the Healthcare and Education front BC have recently completed the South Donegal Community Nursing Unit (Ballyshannon) and Scoil Mhuire (Stranorlar).
